Item Report Guide
Rapid RMS Back Office allows you to see every detail of a product.
1: To access these comprehensive reports, login to Back Office (http://www.rapidrms.com/Account/Branchlogin).
2: Select Reports.
3: Under Item Report, you will see Item Sold, Item Info, Inventory, and History.
In the Items Sold section, you will be able to see the total sells by date, department, sub-department, group item, tag item, and memo item. In addition, you are able to see sold and unsold items by date.
The Items Sold section also enables you to see which employee sold which products as well as what products they did not sell. Reports are also generated for the employees total amount of sales.
To print these reports:
1: Select the date range for the report.
2: Select Print Option.
3: Select whether you would like the report to be printed in a .pdf file or to be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
The Item Info section generates a report of the top selling product and the least selling product. You can customize this report for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sells by simply selecting the date range.
In addition, Item Info allows users to see which product is the most profitable and which item is the least profitable. You can search individual items to see how profitable the item is within your business.
To print, simply follow the same printing instructions for Item Sold.
In the Inventory menu, you are able to see the total number of products, total cost, and total price. In addition, you are able to see your average cost, price, margin, and markup.
In the Item History report, you will be able to see all your items as well as the total available quantity. You can search individual products to quickly see how much of the product is in the store. These reports can be customized as well for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
To print, simply follow the printing instructions for Item Sold.
